Dani Iosefo, DAT, CSCS - Founder

Dani has successfully trained and rehabilitated hundreds of people through either their first squat, first day without back pain, or first national-level athletic competition. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Through her passion for the encompassing realm of health and wellness, she has worked internationally at the Australian College of Sport and Fitness, studied under world renowned surgeons at the Steadman Clinic in Vail, CO, earned her doctoral degree from Indiana State University in Athletic Training, traveled across the world as an Athletic Trainer with USA Rugby, and has continued to spread her knowledge throughout various gyms across the country.

Dani created The Iron Pineapple in 2014 after her workout buddy kept calling her a pineapple in reference to her big bun on top of her head during workouts. Since then, Iron Pineapple Fitness has grown and manifested into a platform aiming to decrease limitations, spread confidence, and increase strength.

You can train with Dani during the Zoom group fitness classes or hire her for a personalized fitness program.

 

Sam Bell - Pilates Instructor

Sam Bell is a passionate Pilates trainer with a background in dance and a love for all forms of fitness. Her style is athletic and creative. Born and raised in the greater Los Angeles area, Sam began dancing at a very young age and ever since has been hooked on movement.

Analyzing movement patterns has always fascinated Sam and when she discovered Pilates in 2013, she was instantly enthralled. Sam flew through her 500 hour training program in 2015 and began teaching full time immediately. Since then her passion and ambition has continued to amplify leading her to be a master in her craft.

In a session with Sam you will move your spine through all planes of motion and work every muscle group for a balanced workout. Prepare to be challenged and leave feeling invigorated.

Jordan Sienkiewicz, CPT - Strength Coach

Jordan was born and raised in Northern California so grew up hiking, skiing, and in the summer, running in the HEAT. She ran NCAA XC and track in college, and received her B.S in Dietetics. She is super passionate about helping and mentoring young female runners with the transition to collegiate racing, and all that it brings in regards to body image, eating habits, and time-management. Since college she has been able to see what they hype is all about with trail running, and is HOOKED.

She loves making meals with friends (always including focaccia bread), ocean swims, biking, and finishing long runs with friends and IPAs.
