If you are looking to improve your running abilities, no matter what your starting point is, then Iron Pineapple Run Club is for you!

Each program is a 6-week program is designed to help you achieve your own individual running goals.

PROGRAM GOALS:

  • Provide you with a complete running program designed to help you achieve your personal running goals

  • Improve your overall cardiovascular fitness and build a strong running base

  • Provide you with a workout structure to help you stay accountable and focused

 

HOW TO SELECT THE PLAN RIGHT FOR YOU

Beginner- Select this plan if you are new to running and/or are currently running 0-10 miles per week

Intermediate- Select this plan if you’ve been running regularly for at least 6 months/are currently running 10-20 miles per week

Advanced- Select this plan if you’re a seasoned runner with 1+ years of experience/are currently running 25+ miles/week
